To initiate a return or exchange please email info@petitpooch.shop

You will receive a response within 72 hours which will provide instructions to return your product(s). 

Please note: at the moment we cannot offer free returns. The cost of shipping the item back to us must be covered by the customer.

If you wish to exchange your order for a different size or item we can offer this for free. Return shipping and shipping the new product out to the customer will be covered by Petit Pooch.

A Return and Refund policy:

• Return must be requested within 14 days of receipt of the order
• Items must be like new and in a resellable condition - it may be lightly tried on by your dog (this includes exchanges)
• Refund will be provided if conditions are met within 7 days of receiving the product back to us
• UK return address
